The Cingulo app does not delete information on its own. Generally, cases where the usage information history does not appear in the app occur because the person did not register (create an account in the app) or when the person later accesses the app using a different email or access method (Apple, Google) than what was used in the past to save their data.
It is important to note that registering a user account in Cingulo is an action independent of becoming a subscriber or not. You can register your account so that your data is saved and still continue using the app in the free version only.
If you have never registered your account in Cingulo and, for some reason (your phone cleared the storage or another issue), your data is no longer appearing, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to recover them, since you were using the app as a visitor. In this case, take the opportunity to register an account in the app using your email or login via Apple/Google and ensure that your history is not lost from this moment on.
If you have already registered your account in the past and your history is not appearing, the most common situation is that the person is currently using a different email or access method (Apple/Google) than what was used in the past. This is simple to solve. Just go to Menu > Settings and follow the instructions:
- If at the bottom of the screen there is the option "End Cingulo Session", click this button. You will be directed to the initial screen of the app. Click on the option "Already have an account? Log in". Try to access with the other access methods. Repeat this step for all emails and access methods you have. Usually, one of them was the one you used in the past and, by accessing again with the correct account, your data will appear.
- If at the bottom of the screen there is no option "End Cingulo Session", click on the "Login Settings" button. On the new screen, click on "Log in with my account". Test all the emails and access methods you have. Usually, one of them was the one you used in the past and, by accessing again with the correct account, your data will appear.
If you still cannot recover your history, a less frequent situation is the person registering the account using email and password and providing a wrong email at the time of registration (missing a letter or something similar). In this case, unless you manage to guess the exact email typed when your account was registered, unfortunately, it will not be possible to recover your usage history.
This text contains all possible options for you to recover your usage history. We hope it works. Otherwise, take the opportunity to register an account in the app using your email or login via Apple/Google and ensure that your history is not lost from this moment on.
