The first step is to check if you really have a valid subscription. For this, click on one of the following links, according to the device on which you made the subscription, and check if you have a valid and unexpired Cingulo subscription.

If you followed the instructions above and confirmed that you really have a valid Cingulo subscription, but the premium content of the app is not unlocked and when you try to access it, a sales screen appears, the second step is as follows: look, usually at the bottom of any app sales screen, for the word "Restore" and click on it. This will make the app try to restore your subscription and unlock your access to the premium content within seconds.
